77tk Terms & Conditions

The 77tk Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all conditions to use the Platform. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory and is conducted as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal. 77tk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 77tk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own accurate, current, and complete personal information. Registration using false information, another person's identity, or automated registration scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 77tk, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted by 77tk management.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 77tk. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you actually performed that activity yourself.
• You must notify 77tk support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 77tk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account registration information provided was inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
• 77tk may, in its sole discretion, refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

All financial transactions on 77tk are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following local payment methods, subject to availability.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no deposit fee charged on any supported local payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to your 77tk wallet balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted and approved.
• First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC identity verification. KYC requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being held pending verification.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and may trigger a review of your account.
• 77tk reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. 77tk will not be liable for any losses incurred by a User as a result of a withdrawal delay where such delay was caused by regulatory obligations, technical failures outside 77tk's control, or the User's own failure to complete KYC verification.

77tk may offer bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account, after which unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted. 77tk reserves the right to revoke any welcome bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player is not genuinely new or has created multiple accounts to claim the bonus more than once.
• 77tk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Withdrawing a bonus offer does not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account at the time of the withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, and systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any winnings derived from the bonus, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the 77tk Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Netent, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. 77tk does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the technical specifications or RTP (Return to Player) percentages of individual game titles.

• Bets accepted by the Platform are final and binding. A bet may not be cancelled or amended once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, except in cases of an obvious system error or where the Platform determines that the bet was placed using erroneous odds that do not reflect the true market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, 77tk will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, 77tk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Players' accounts.
• In-play (live) sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or closed by 77tk at any time without notice. 77tk reserves the right to void in-play bets where market prices are determined to have been incorrect at the time the bet was placed.
• Any Player found to have exploited a technical error, pricing error, or loophole in the Platform's systems in order to gain an unfair advantage will have their winnings from such activity voided in full. 77tk may also close the account and report such activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

77tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at any time via the account settings menu.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will display a reminder and require the Player to actively confirm they wish to continue playing.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. • 77tk strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposits held will be returned to the payment source. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77tk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and — where the conduct is determined to be criminal — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into withdrawable balances.
• Colluding with other Players, Platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting strategies, or sharing of account access.
• Using any software, bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human play, to place automated bets, or to gain any advantage not available to a regular user playing manually.
• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details or those of another person, for any purpose including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion periods, or evading account restrictions imposed by 77tk.
• Attempting to access, probe, test, or interfere with the security or technical infrastructure of the Platform, including but not limited to conducting denial-of-service attacks, attempting to bypass authentication systems, or attempting to access another user's account data.

77tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time where it determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply. Prior notice may not be given where the circumstances require immediate action to protect the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 7, the eligibility requirements in Clause 1, or the single-account requirement in Clause 2.
• 77tk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the account, including suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other activity indicative of financial fraud or identity fraud.
• A Player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 77tk support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.

All content on the 77tk Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and branding — is the intellectual property of 77tk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without 77tk's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77tk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their 77tk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77tk expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not 77tk had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, third-party service failure, or events outside 77tk's reasonable control (including acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures).
• Any loss arising from the Player's own decision to place a bet, continue playing, or make a deposit or withdrawal, including any losses incurred as a result of gaming addiction or compulsive gambling. 77tk strongly encourages all Players to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

77tk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on this website and forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, mobile number, device information, payment transaction data, and gaming activity data. All data is transmitted using SSL encryption. 77tk will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

77tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77tk will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange the return of any balance held in your account.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 77tk in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 77tk customer support via live chat. 77tk will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 14 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. 77tk operates a fair complaints handling procedure and will review all escalated disputes in good faith.
